Description:

The Hawthorne Kitchen is a design by Tim Dagg from Sheppard & Rout, showcasing the exquisite use of FENIX Nero Ingo for the island’s top and front. Designed to be the focal point of the home, the island serves as a central hub for both socializing and food preparation, requiring a distinct yet timeless aesthetic.

The choice of FENIX Nero Ingo was deliberate, driven by its soft matte finish that lends a sophisticated touch to both the top and front panels of the island. This selection not only achieves a point of difference within the kitchen but also contributes to a timeless and elegant design.

The island stands out as a unique and functional space, seamlessly blending social and culinary activities. FENIX’s matte black surface not only meets the project’s aesthetic requirements but also enhances the island’s durability and ease of maintenance.

This project marries innovative materials with thoughtful design, creating a kitchen that not only stands out as a centerpiece in the home but also exemplifies the timeless beauty and functionality desired by the client.

DARK COLOUR DESIGN CONSIDERATION

Putting dark colour benchtops and cabinetry panels into direct sunlight applications can affect the substrate performance in terms of product movement.
